A challenging month with complicated settlements – we survived and had 16 settlements for the month of June. Most of the transactions were homes priced under $400,000. Interest rates remain steady; new construction continues to have a huge impact on the resale market, especially in the $400+ price point. Summer renters are looking and looking but not ready to make a commitment at this time. Some will return in the fall and start their search again.
