My husband and I met and married in San Diego and after 10 years in the Washington DC area, it was our goal to live near the sea again. In 1998 we decided to move our family to the Bethany area because we loved the beach and the peace and quiet.
My husband is a contractor and moved his business to Bethany. I previously worked in sales for Congressional Quarterly in DC and McGraw Hill in San Diego. When we bought our house in Ocean View, Vickie was our agent and I started working part time in her office soon after. I obtained my real estate license in 1999 and have been working a combination of sales and administrative functions since then.
When my children were younger, I worked part time so that I had more time to spend with them. They both attended local schools and graduated from the University of Delaware. They have now relocated to the DC area and I am enjoying assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs full time.
It has been a joy to be involved in the local community and real estate for the past 18 years. I have gained extensive knowledge of the area and have had the privilege of helping many families purchase a new home.
