February was a challenging month for us. We had 8 settlements scheduled and we ended up with only 2. Appraisals, financing and home inspection issues were the problem. Several settlements were postponed to March. We were very fortunate to have 17 new listings for the month. Sellers are anticipating that the spring market will be advantageous this year.
