As the summer is winding down, the market seems to be picking up some. We are currently negotiating several contracts and following through on pending deals. We were successful in settling on a property we had listed in South Bethany after 3 years. WOW, what an accomplishment.

Kudos for Sussex County this week - Lewes, Delaware was referenced as a dream town in the Coastal Living magazine September issue & our own State Fair had some exposure in the New York Times Travel Section this past Sunday! Great news for Sussex County!
