Wow. What a quiet week with contracts! Buyers are looking but overwhelmed with choices. They are planning on returning in the Fall to look again. We have seen several major transactions with properties priced over $2 million and also great activity for properties listed under $300,000. Let's hope the market picks up this Fall!
