There was quiet before the storm from 6/28-7/3, then BOOM! Everyone was at the beach to celebrate Fourth of July. We had strong activity with showings and phone calls. Now we are waiting for contracts to come in. Most of the clients that I worked with over the weekend were just starting to look at properties now and plan on buying in the Fall when prices fall!
