Memorial Day weekend was an awesome time - there were lots of people in town and the weather was great. We have seen a slow down in the market since the holiday but that is not unusual. We are also seeing buyers wanting to buy in the town of Bethany because values are great, trolley & oceanside parking are the big draw.
