Hello, everyone.

It has been a crazy couple of weeks - many challenges with transactions home inspections, lenders & appraisals. We had a huge increase in showings, prices seem to have stabilized and interest rates below 5%. We have also seen a huge interest from buyers working to purchase in the town limits in Bethany because prices have declined, low HOA fees, parking permits & trolley access. Also, there are some great values in new construction which makes it difficult for resales in the $300,000 to $400,00 price point.
