The market has slowed from Memorial Day weekend, which is not unusual. I'm still working with some buyers. Buyers are still very cautious and asking numerous questions about comps, utility costs, HOA budgets, etc. Price is still the key in selling your house! Also, for sellers it is important to keep window treatments open and the air conditioning at a comfortable temperature!
