The last couple of weeks have been very busy. We have received several contract offers. Some have worked out and others have not. We are also seeing a lot of cash buyers! I guess they have been waiting to buy and they have decided that now is the time! We are experiencing backlogs with lenders because of all the refinancing and appraisals are being closely reviewed by underwriters. I appreciate the increase in activity but every day there are so many challenges we have to resolve.
