We had an exciting week with several successful contracts. We have seen a huge increase in activity in the upper price brackets. Most of the buyers are paying cash or making substantial down payments. However, the transactions are requiring lots of time on everyone's part to make sure they make it to settlement. Let's hope that the activity stays on the upswing!
