Wow! What a week! We had lots of showings and we are 0 for 4 on contracts. We had 4 offers come in on our listings and we were unsuccessful in getting both sides to agree on prices. The offers were very low and when the buyers did not get the price they wanted they moved on to another property. How frustrating for everyone! At least we have had some activity! Our agents seem happier because they are out showing property and buyers are asking the right questions. Perhaps we are experiencing a change in the marketplace that will continue.
