Over the weekend, I had a client looking for a home in the $500K range. The buyers had looked at a new construction community. With the huge incentives/discounts that the builder was offering, it was very difficult to compete. After looking at 10 resales, they decided that the new construction community was the best buy.

Showings were down last week. Hopefully, with the warm weather this week, we will have a busy weekend!
