The market is still very active with showings but very few offers and/or contracts. Very frustrating for the owners as well as Realtors. In spite of the historic low interest rates and some unbelievable prices, buyers are still sitting and waiting. The sales we do see are short sales/foreclosures or properties that are priced below market value. We have been having caravans and we always ask the agents for their opinions on the list price; some of the prices they are stating are unbelievably low.
