After 3 major snow storms plus a 10 day monsoon - the spring weather has arrived and so have the buyers. We have seen a great deal of activity in the lower price points (300 to 500) and limited activity on the $1 million plus listings. Buyers are still very cautious - sometimes looking at a place 3 to 4 times before making an offer plus doing their due diligence. Based on the level of activity the past couple of weeks, I think we are going to have a decent 2nd quarter. We have also been very busy with our listings, major price reductions plus new listings.
