What a challenging week - between a full moon & major snow storm, my car getting struck in a ditch during the snow storm plus 4 crazy offers that were made, but rejected by the sellers - it has been a week! Some offers were as much as 30% off list price - it seems that buyers are still looking for bargains and the sellers are firm with their pricing. Let's hope next week is a better one.
