2010 is finally over and I am looking forward to a great 2011. Overall, I am optimistic about 2011. The buyers seem to have greater confidence in the marketplace. Interest rates remain attractive and there is a great selection of homes for buyers. Stock market continues to rise and at the end of the year, employers were talking about adding employees to their payroll. Sellers must price their homes competitively and be willing to negotiate when they get an offer. Also, sellers must have their homes in pristine condition in order to catch the buyers' attention.
