The market is still steady - busier than I expected for this time of year. The buyers that I am currently working with are looking for the best value and they are making offers about 10% to 15% off the list price. Interest rates are still very attractive plus there are some awesome deals for potential buyers. Let's hope the activity continues for the holidays.
