The phones still remain silent in spite of interest rates being at their lowest in thirty years. After looking at the numbers for pending sales, the first quarter of 2009 does not look good. What else is frightening is that there are some really great deals to be had, but they are not selling.

I am going to be optimistic and hope that after the holidays and the new administration takes office that buyers will have the confidence to invest in real estate at the beach.
