We are experiencing our first snow fall of the season. I guess it was time!
The market has been relatively quiet this past week with only 37 showings. There are currently 5046 residential listings countywide, which is down by about 500 listings since June. Fewer building permits were issued this year--approximately 1,900 versus 4,500 in 2006. Less inventory is better for everyone!
