Well, it looks like the market has come to a halt. The number of pending sales and sold properties, as well as showings, are drastically low. The economy and the media have had a negative impact on the marketplace. Maybe with a new administration and 2009 approaching, buyers will be optimistic and realize that there are great buys to be had.
