Numbers do not include new construction communities.

In spite of the numerous showings, we only had 2 successful contracts ratified this week. However, we did have 2 ridiculously low offers with outrageous terms that the sellers rejected.

We are anticipating a busy Thanksgiving weekend.

The numbers for settlements is a major concern. In Bethany/Fenwick, out of total of 480 listings, only 7 went under contract last week while only 5 settled. In Ocean View, out of a total of 707 listings, only 4 went under contract and 5 closed.

The market has a long wait to absorb the current inventory.
