Wow - what a roller coaster ride these past couple of weeks. Several offers on properties - some worked out and other did not. Lenders and appraisals add another challenging element to the equation. Each transaction is very time consuming and emotions are running high with all parties. I'm working with several retired couples looking to relocate here, but they realize it is a big decision and there is no urgency due to the large amount of inventory.
