Wow. I wish the media would stop the negative stories. Every newspaper, news show or blog talks about how depressed the real estate market is today. Is it really that bad? Yes, if you compare to the numbers in the boom time; no, if you go back a few more years when the market was normal. I see the market today as being normal. Buyers today are taking their time. They are looking for good value and doing their due diligence. This was the attitude of the buyers when I relocated here in 1995. Please spread the word: We are back to a normal market (in spite of the media)!
