In spite of the "hot" weekend the market is not. We had good activity on our showings and several contract proposals. We were successful in finalizing one contract. We could not come to an agreement on one contract and we lost one sale. However, we are still receiving telephone calls and walk-in potential buyers who are interested in purchasing but are taking their time. The media is not helping our market.
