EFFECTIVE DATES: All regulations pertaining to meters and permits are in effect from May 15th through September 15th. All parking east of Route 1 is controlled either by a meter or a parking permit.

METERS: Meter rates are 15 minutes per $.25. Meters will accept quarters only. Meters are in effect (payment required) from 10AM until 11PM on Garfield Parkway and from 10AM until 8PM at all other locations.

HANDICAP PARKING: Those possessing a handicap tag or decal may park at any meter free of charge.

SCOFFLAW: Those holding (2) delinquent tickets more than (10) days old will have a warning placed on their vehicle along with the 3rd ticket. When a 4th ticket is issued the vehicle will be booted. In order for the boot to be removed the delinquent tickets must be satisfied along with a $45.00 booting fee.

PAYMENTS: Parking fines may be mailed in the envelopes provided (include ticket number on check), deposited in Courtesy Drop Boxes, paid at Town Hall located at 214 Garfield Parkway, or paid on-line: www.townofbethanybeach.com/payments.asp

CHANGE FOR METERS: There are (3) bill changers located throughout town. Change may also be obtained at the Coin & Information Booth (weather permitting) located at the top of Garfield Parkway.
